Our Support Staff
is the all-important balance of our organization providing professional, experienced, and
effective services for our Principals, customers and outside sales force.
Eva supports our outside sales staff with quote and order tracking and
follow-up. She is a Certified Customer Service Representative with over 20
years experience as a CSR.
Our outside electronics sales representatives, Dan Shogren,
is supported in-house by Terry Hayes. Terry handles all inside
sales support, customer service, RFQ's, sales orders, expediting, shipment
follow-up, and prospecting.
Lisa is a multi-talented accounting specialist responsible for our accounting,
bookkeeping and commissions needs. She also provides additional internal
employee support services as needed.
