is the all-important balance of our organization providing professional, experienced, and
effective services for our Principals, customers and outside sales force.

dherme@hedtkeinc.com Since 1984, Duane has been diligently contributing to
the success of Hedtke, Inc.
As our Technical Liaison, he primarily supports
Dennis Hedtke, Dan Shogren and Larry Hanson with Inside Sales and Customer
Service, but his responsibilities often expand to include additional coverage requirements
for any of the sales area within the H.I. territory.

David provides Inside Sales support for Dave Wallin, Kent Kunz
and Gregory Davis. He has an extensive customer service background.
David is also responsible for territory specific distributor sales.

Our outside electronics sales representatives, Dan Shogren
and Jason Leimer,
are supported in-house by Terry Hayes. Terry handles all inside
sales support, customer service, RFQ's, sales orders, expediting, shipment
follow-up, and prospecting.

The friendly voice on the phone belongs to Laura Marshall.
Laura answers incoming calls, keeps the office equipment in good running
order, assists the accountant and performs a myriad of miscellaneous
functions to keep our office running smoothly.

Lisa is a multi-talented accounting specialist responsible for our accounting,
bookkeeping and commissions needs. She also provides additional internal
employee support services as needed.
